The treatment is aimed solely at the correct and complete execution of the professional assignment received.

The treatment will be carried out in an automated and / or manual form, in compliance with the provisions of current regulations. The personal data relating to the assignment of the assignment to the professionals of Studio Bampo, or in any case the other data that they will come into possession in carrying out the professional assignment, are treated in accordance with Articles. 13 ss. of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, as implemented by Legislative Decree 10/8/2018 n. 101 (hereinafter also "GDPR"), containing provisions on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data.

We also inform you that the data collected will never be disclosed and will not be communicated without your explicit consent, except for the necessary communications that may involve the transfer of data to public bodies, consultants or other subjects for the fulfillment of legal obligations. .

a) The interested party has the right to exercise the rights attributed by articles 15 to 22 GDPR, including:

• ask the owner to confirm the existence or otherwise of their personal data and to make them available in an intelligible form;

• have knowledge of the origin of the data, of the purposes and methods of the processing, of the logic applied to the processing carried out with the aid of electronic instruments, of the identification details of the owner and of the subjects to whom the data may be communicated;

• lodge a complaint with the Guarantor Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.
